- What Extra Fees Will I Have to Pay to Move In?
There are NO additional fees to move in. No administrative fees, no deposits, etc.
- What Should I Ask When Comparison Shopping?
What are the TOTAL move in fees, including rent and when are these due? How much notice do I need to give prior to vacating? (We do not need any notice, just let us know when you have left!).
- What Is the Best Way to Pack a Unit?
Large and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored. A photo outside of each box will allow you to "see" what is inside.
- Where Are You Located?
We are conveniently located next to Sheetz to service all of the Goldsboro, Wayne County area in North Carolina.
- Do I Have to Sign a Long-term Lease?
Our leases are month to month only.
- Why Do Other Storage Facilities Offer $1 Move In or 1st Month Free Specials?
Often, the months following the fees are added in to your cost. There could also be a minimum rental period (i.e. 3 months plus)
